Product delivery policy
Order processing, product collection and shipping are done daily (Monday to Saturday) during store business hours. Deliveries are not made on public holidays, on days when catering is closed due to the annual inventory, as well as on Sundays when shipments are made by arrangement.
Products can be shipped to you anywhere within Attica, to place you have indicated to us.
For purchases of products of any amount, shipping costs are determined based on agreement. In the case of choosing to pay by cash on delivery, there is no additional charge.
Indicators of shipping time and availability.
Please note that before completing your order, you will find an indication of the expected price for each product shipping time, as follows:
Immediately available: the product is available to ship.
Shipping time
- 1-3 working days from confirmation shipment of the order (by sending a relevant email).
- 4-7 days: the product will be shipped in 4-7 working days from the order confirmation being sent (by sending a relevant email).
- Upon order: The customer will be informed within 2 working days if and when the products will become available and accordingly, it will be possible to ship them and the estimated shipping time.
It is noted that in case of choosing to pay by credit card, you will be charged with the cost of using this instrument in accordance with article 4c of Law 2251/1994. The relevant amount will be displayed when completing your order. It is additionally pointed out that the transaction must be completed successfully and the charge of the relevant amount must appear in our systems in order to ship the product.
petit-catering.com is not responsible for delays in execution (including delivery ) that are due to cases that cannot be attributed to cateringcatering.gr or are due to force majeure.
It is clarified that the final confirmation of availability takes place during the processing of the order and its acceptance by our company. If the products ordered are not available at the time of the order and its processing, cateringcatering.gr reserves the right not to accept the specific order and consequently not to enter into a sales contract. The customer will be informed accordingly. Any payments initiated for execution or executed will be cancelled. Any payments will be returned to the customer without undue delay, in the same way the customer chose to make the payment.
