Ordering and drawing up a contract

Product Delivery Policy

Order processing, product collection and shipments are made daily (Monday to Saturday) during store business hours. Deliveries are not made on public holidays, on days when catering is closed due to the annual inventory, as well as on Sundays when shipments are made by arrangement.

Products can be shipped to you anywhere within Attica, to the location that you have indicated to us.

For purchases of products of any amount, the shipping costs are determined based on an agreement. In the case of choosing to pay by cash on delivery, there is no additional charge.

Indicators of shipping time and availability.

Please note that before completing your order, you will find an indication of the expected shipping time for each product , as follows:

 Immediately available: the product is available for shipment. Shipping time 1-3 working days from sending the order confirmation (by sending a relevant email).
1-3 days: the product will be shipped in 1-3 working days from sending the order confirmation (by sending relevant e-mail).
 4-7 days: the product will be shipped in 4-7 working days from sending the order confirmation (by sending a relevant e-mail).
 After ordering: The customer will be informed within 2 working days if and when the products will become available and consequently, it will be possible to send them and the estimated shipping time. of use of this instrument in accordance with article 4c of Law 2251/1994. The relevant amount will be displayed when completing your order. It is marked additionallyafter that the transaction must be completed successfully and the charge of the relevant amount must appear in our systems in order for us to ship the product.

petit-catering.com is not responsible for delays in execution (including delivery) that are due to cases that cannot be attributed to petit-catering.com or are due to force majeure.

It is clarified that the final confirmation of availability takes place during the processing of the order and its acceptance by our company. If the products ordered are not available at the time of the order and its processing, petit-catering.com reserves the right not to accept the specific order and consequently not to enter into a sales contract. The customer will be informed accordingly. Any payments initiated for execution or executed will be cancelled. Any payments will be refunded to the customer without undue delay, in the same way the customer chose to make the payment.

Return Policy / Cancellations

You may return the product or products you purchased that do not belong to the food categories, within 24 hours from the date of receipt.

• In the event of an error by our company, we will refund you in full the money corresponding to the value of the order and the shipping costs.
• In the event that no error occurs on the part of our company, it is only the amount of money corresponding to the value of the products and the shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer.
• In the event that the product has a defect, the product is replaced in consultation with the customer.
• Returns are accepted after consultation and only if the products have not been used and are in their original packaging.
• If the product has been used or its original packaging has been damaged, the return is not accepted .
• Your money will be refunded within 2 days of the return and receipt of the products by our company.
• Your money will be refunded to the same means of payment with which you have completed the order.  In the cases of cash on delivery and bank deposit, you must tell us the account to which you want the deposit to be made. For returns, proof of retail is required. If an invoice is issued, the return must be made with a delivery note. In case the payment was made by credit card, the transaction will be canceled and the credit card will be updated accordingly.
• In case the return is not made within 24 hours from the day of receipt or some conditions are not met of the return conditions, petit-catering.com has the right not to accept back the products and not to proceed with their replacement.

Cancellation of the order can be done within 24 hours from the date of sending your order, as long as it has not been sent by our company.  Shipping and cash on delivery costs

For product purchases of any amount, shipping costs are determined by agreement. In the case of choosing to pay by cash on delivery, there is no additional charge.
Shipping charges apply to areas that are not classified as inaccessible.

This contract will be governed by Greek Law. For any dispute arising from the contractual relationship between the company and the customer, the competent courts of Athens are responsible for its resolution.

The protection reserved by the provisions of the law on distance contracts, as well as the present terms, it is underlined that it applies to transactions only with natural persons, who transact for reasons that do not fall under their commercial, craft, business or independent professional activity.

In case of non-application of any term of this agreement, the others remain in full force and effect.
