Types and forms of Receptions

choosing the type of event is the first issue, which you should answer.
There are three basic formats on which we can build your reception together:

1. Served menu:

Your guests will sit at tables of eight to ten people and enjoy the selected menu and drinks,
served at their tables.
The wedding table will be placed in the center of the space and the dance floor will be placed in front of the table.

2. Buffet:

Your guests will be seated at tables of eight to ten people
and they should be served themselves from the food buffets,
while all drinks will be served by the staff at their table.
The wedding table will be placed in the center of the space and the dance floor will be placed in front of the table.
The buffets are placed next to the tables and their number depends on the number of participants at the reception.

3. Party:

Your guests will take part in a party.
The setting consists of Bars full of drinks and snacks, small elegant buffets with Finger Food
There are seats and tables available for a small number of guests, about 30%.

Service:

For your perfect service, at every reception we provide you with: Maitre in charge of all matters of the event and waiters,
Chef Responsible for guaranteeing the preparation and presentation of dishes, cooks, cleaners.

Equipment:

We will provide you with all the necessary equipment for the perfect realization of the event.
The art de la table will consist of all the necessary utensils and equipment for the presentation
and the service of all meals and drinks.

Thematic Corners - Theme stations

Add a different touch to the buffet, with independent corners where everything is prepared in front of you
and according to the wishes of the moment and your appetite.

Italian Stand

Mushroom risotto, Spaghetti with shrimps, Scalopini with tomato-basil sauce, Lasagna with sour cream, smoked fillets

Stand Tour

Traditional Pork Gyros and Spicy Chicken Gyros, grilled pitas, tzatziki, tomatoes, onion and mustard sauce.

American Stand

Hamburger in many variations, Hot Dogs, French fries and onions, and Spare Ribs with BBQ sauce.

Sea Corner

Atherina and Calamari in a cone with various sauces, grilled and spicy octopus, fried shrimp with cocktail sauce,

Ice Cream Cart

Homemade ice creams in four flavors are offered in cones and cups accompanied by syrup and nuts.

Full open bar

If you wish full open dar with all alcoholic beverages (plain bottles) and 2 types of cocktails, after the cutting of the cake
